General
These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through the Nova Smart Toilet website and in-store unless otherwise agreed in writing.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
Orders & Payment
Orders placed through www.novasmarttoilet.com.au must be paid in full at the time of checkout unless otherwise agreed by Nova Smart Toilet.For selected in-store purchases, special orders or trade orders, a deposit may be required.
Nova Smart Toilet reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order where payment cannot be verified or where pricing or product information has been displayed incorrectly.
Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you to discuss an alternative product, estimated arrival date or refund.
Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Nova Smart Toilet reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
Pricing errors may occasionally occur. If an incorrect price has been displayed, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.
Delivery & Risk
Risk in the goods passes to the customer once the goods have been delivered to the nominated delivery address or collected by the customer or their authorised representative.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on freight carrier schedules, weather conditions or regional locations.

Click & Collect
Where Click & Collect is available, customers will be notified once their order is ready for collection.
Orders will generally be held for up to 28 days after notification unless alternative arrangements have been made.
Customers collecting goods must present a valid photo ID and order confirmation.
Delivery Inspection
Customers should inspect all goods immediately upon delivery.
If the packaging is visibly damaged, please note this on the freight documentation where possible and notify Nova Smart Toilet as soon as practical.
Claims relating to freight damage or shortages should be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Installation
All Nova Smart Toilet products must be installed by a suitably qualified and licensed plumber in accordance with Australian plumbing regulations and local building requirements.
Products that have been installed despite visible damage or defects may not be eligible for replacement or reimbursement of installation costs.
Failure to follow installation instructions may affect warranty coverage.
Warranty
Warranty coverage applies in accordance with the Nova Smart Toilet Warranty Policy.

Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are subject to our Returns Policy.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nova Smart Toilet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or services.
Our liability is limited to the repair, replacement or refund of the product in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
Third-Party Freight
Nova Smart Toilet uses professional third-party freight carriers for Australia-wide deliveries.
Delivery schedules are subject to the operating conditions and service availability of the selected carrier.
Nova Smart Toilet reserves the right to select an alternative freight provider where necessary.

All website content, including images, product descriptions, specifications and pricing, is provided in good faith.
Nova Smart Toilet reserves the right to correct any errors or omissions without prior notice.
